CANSI National Office RFP Announced 3 juin 2008
Mise à jour du projet de relocalisations du bureau national.
Le conseil de l’ACMSN a retenu la proposition de Lafleur de la Capitale comme celle qui répond le mieux à nos besoins et est présentement en négociation avec eux pour la rédaction d’un contrat. Lafleur procède présentement à une analyse d’arrimage pour mieux comprendre le mandat et déterminer les efforts requis pour satisfaire nos besoins. Nous prévoyons que le contrat sera finalisé et que la transition à Lafleur débutera d’ici la fin septembre.

The Canadian Association of Nordic Ski Instructors (CANSI) is looking for an organization or individual to provide administrative support and function as the National Office.
CANSI will develop a mutually beneficial SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the winning applicant. In your response you may identify any items that should be detailed in the SLA. This SLA will commence on or after July 1, 2008.
To respond to this RFP, please provide a 1-3 page letter that comments on the following criteria and shows a good understanding of our requirements:
- Relevant experience
- Method of service delivery (office location, hours, staffing, existing infrastructure)
- References
- Annual Budget for your services
- Ability to manage our internet based LMS (learning management system), which controls all course registrations, member database etc.
